UC Berkeley student advisors, faculty and other representatives will be at two diversity conferences this fall:

- Society for Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS): October 11 - 13, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas.

- Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students (ABRCMS): November - 14 - 17, 2018 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Representatives will be available to talk about the Plant and Microbial Biology Graduate Programs, answer questions about the application process, talk about research opportunities at Berkeley and answer any questions about attending UC Berkeley and living in the Bay Area.

ABRCMSUC Berkeley has a large presence at both conferences. Undergraduate and graduate students present posters and give oral presentations. Faculty participate as speakers, judges, and are available at the Berkeley exhibit booth.

Meet Berkeley SACNAS chapters members, current graduate students, the Biological Sciences Diversity Director, and graduate program representatives, like our own Rocio Sanchez at the Berkeley Exhibit Booth.
